Pigtronix Rototron is an all analog rotary speaker effect that combines frequency modulation, phase shifting, tremolo, bucket brigade-based chorusing and a three-way crossover all meticulously voiced to achieve unsurpassed, three-dimensional rotary realism in a compact, easy to use pedal.
Designed by Howard Davis and David Koltai, the Pigtronix Rototron accurately recreates the complex acoustic phenomenon of the legendary dual rotor 122 and 147 cabinets as used by Peter Frampton, Danny Gatton, the Beatles and many more. The analog design approach used within the Rototron sounds warmer, fatter and feels far more realistic than the digital rotary effects currently available from other companies. Line-level headroom and full stereo input and output options make the Rototron ideally suited to keyboardists as well as guitarists who use a stereo setup live or in studio.
Independent Slow and Fast speed controls with adjustable ramp time allows musicians to achieve the mesmerizing sound of speeding up and slowing down an actual rotary cabinet. A remotely switchable Brake option completes the authentic experience to provide rotary bliss on stage without the back breaking hassle. Separate expression pedal jacks for the low and high rotors enable some entirely new variations on the classic rotary sound. Internally switchable input summing and mid-range panning options round out this incredibly flexible, easy to use and hypnotic sounding analog rotary simulator from Pigtronix.

The stainless steel caddy quality is fine, the sticker was easy to install on the inside of my stainless steel sink. I initially used the small movable arm to hang on the hooks, and it did not keep the caddy in place. Anytime it was hit, it fell off or tilted off the hooks. Customer service followed up with me on my purchase, gave me the correct instructions with a picture, and I was able to snap the caddy into the hooks. They were responsive, listened to my concerns and answered my questions, and now it works great. I would recommend this.

Negative reviews are misleading it definitely works just fine.

Noticed the only negative reviews were because the hooks would not fit and was sort of concerned about that, but I figured it might be one of those things where it’s the person’s fault not the product. Sure enough it was. The hook fits, yea you have to push it in there with a slight bit of force, but it definitely does fit. What those people don’t realize is that by design the hooks are like that to keep a firm hold onto the tray itself. I found it funny how mad people were about that when really it’s very very simple to make it work. Nice product sticks well, seems sturdy.

Good product, lousy instructions

This is a good product with terrible instructions. I’ve used this adhesive strip before so I know how to install the basket & how to remove the strip. To get a snug fit position one of the basket's vertical wires in the middle of one of the horizontal bars then press down hard until you hear it snap into place, it’s now snug & will not tip over. To remove the adhesive strip I used a putty knife & wiggled it underneath the strip until I had loosened & lifted enough of it to get a good grip & pull the rest off. Mine is installed on a ceramic tile back splash not in the sink so this method did not damage the tile, can't say what it would do to stainless steel. I'm a 72 y/o woman with arthritis, if I can get the adhesive off anyone can.

Works well, but very difficult to remove!

Perspective: Ive had this caddy for 3 years and it has suited me well. Over time the hooks that hold the caddy in place loosened and the caddy would occasionally fall off the side of the sink wall. Not a huge deal, just a small inconvenience. Over time it started to happen more often because the plastic hooks completely lost their grip so I decided to replace it. Well it literally took me 3 days to get it off of the side of my sink. Using different tools to jimmy it off because the adhesive is sooo strong (which is a good thing, until you are looking to remove it). It took a razor blade and several bouts of goo gone to get the whole thing off as well as the leftover adhesive. The fact that it lasted for 3 years is a testament that it is a good product, but it lost several stars for the drama and pain and suffering it took to remove. I wont be buying another one.
