This soil mix is inoculated with fish emulsion, crab meal, shrimp meal, earthworm castings, bat guano, kelp meal, and oyster shell calcium for balanced nutrition and a healthy soil microbiome. This soil mix is formulated to allow for excellent drainage, while providing optimal water retention for desert plants and bonsai trees alike. The minerals used in the mix are not water soluble and do not break down as normal potting soil does. This allows the soil to be reused. To reuse, wash the used potting soil out of the mix and replace with new potting soil of your choice. The sharp edges of the minerals used help with root ramification and helps minimize plants becoming root bound.
