Lagerung und Haltbarkeit:

Ein nicht mehr als 15° C warmer und vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung geschützter Raum eignet sich am besten zur Lagerung. So ideal gelagert kann man sie durchaus für 50Tage in der Verpackung  aufbewahren. Wie für fast jede Mettwurst gilt, dass man sie im Kühlschrank lagern sollte, wenn sie bereits angeschnitten wurde.
