Introducing the Specialized Allez Road Bike – a true road warrior that's been four decades in the making!
This bad boy is not just your regular road bike; it's the epitome of awesomeness on wheels. Whether you're a seasoned rider searching for the ultimate performance machine or a newbie ready to embark on your road cycling journey, the Specialized Allez E5 Disc Road Bike is the name of the game. Get ready to conquer the roads like never before!
Features:
- LIGHTNESS REDEFINED: Specialized took lightweight seriously and crafted the Allez with premium butted and double-butted E5 alloy, making it a featherweight wonder at just 1,375 grams! Specialized's full carbon fork takes it even further, shedding extra weight like nobody's business. No clunky hidden alloy steer tube here – just pure lightweight magic.
- CONFIDENCE FOR MILES: Picture this – a stunning E5 alloy frame that's as fast as lightning, tough as nails, and drop-dead gorgeous. Pair that with all-weather dual-piston disc brakes that can stop on a dime, and you've got yourself an unbeatable combination of confidence and control. Whether you're cruising at leisurely speeds or blazing down hills, the Allez has your back – and your front too!
- VERSATILITY UNLEASHED: The Allez is more than just a road bike; it's a chameleon of the cycling world. From daily commutes to epic weekend rides, this bike can do it all. With handy racks and fender mounts, it's ready to adapt to any adventure you throw at it. Gravel roads? Pfft, not a problem! The Allez scoffs at rough terrains with its beefy 35 mm tire clearance (32 mm with Fenders). Plus, its wide gearing range ensures you can tackle steep hills with ease – no sweat, just pure pedal power.
- PERFORMANCE PERSONIFIED: This bike is like the overachiever of the road cycling realm. Its endurance geometry, inspired by the legendary Roubaix bike, ensures a smooth and comfortable ride for those long miles. But don't be fooled – the Allez can still kick some serious butt when it comes to sharp turns and twisting roads. It's like having a pure race bike and a long-distance cruiser all rolled into one.

All inclusive knowledge
Format: Kindle
If you are anything like me who is curious about anything and everything but gets overwhelmed as to where to start, this is for you. This book is a 2-for-1, and the first book is excellent for newbies who want to learn all they can about building empires. It is exciting, engaging, and, above all, designed for those who feel we need more time, money, and energy to get started due to the overwhelm. This isn't just another dry, jargon-filled investment guide that leaves you more confused than when you started.
I am a person who needs clear and actionable steps to get me from point A to point B. This combo of books gets you where you need to go without feeling completely overwhelmed. The first book will assist with breaking down the myths of real estate and assist you with shifting your mindset as they dismantle the myths one by one. It then guides you through the 7 simple steps you need to close your first deal; woo hoo! This was a great book to help me understand the different types of investments and figure out how the financing process works. This was an all-inclusive book. I appreciated the section on negotiating like Chris Voss, where you learn how to make offers so irresistible that sellers won’t want to say no.
The second book covers rental property investing, and it is a roadmap that teaches you everything from how to find incredible deals to managing your properties without wanting to throw in the towel. It covers long-term rentals, short-term vacation rentals, and everything in between. I learned so much. My brain is excited! The next step is following the authors' practical tips and clear explanations as I am inspired, more informed, and ready to take on the real estate world (on a small scale) with confidence!

This 2-in-1 boxset is an absolute must-have for anyone looking to break into real estate investing, regardless of experience or financial situation. The first book is a step-by-step guide that breaks down the intimidating world of real estate into 7 simple steps, perfect for beginners. The author does an incredible job of making complex topics like deal analysis, financing, and negotiation feel approachable and doable. I especially appreciated the practical advice on how to finance your first deal even if you're starting with little money or poor credit.
The second book dives deep into rental property investing, offering a wealth of knowledge on both long-term and short-term rental strategies. Whether you're aiming for mid-term rentals or vacation properties, this guide equips you with the tools to confidently manage your investments. The inclusion of expert tips on property management, deal analysis, and exit strategies is invaluable for anyone looking to scale their real estate portfolio.
The extra bonuses, including guides on tax planning, apartment investing, and property checklists, are just the cherry on top. Extremely thorough yet easily readable...
Format: Kindle
Describing this book as thorough is an understatement. The title starts off with a bold claim, one that might seem skeptical, but the authors actually delivered. I'm beyond impressed, to say the least.
I've had my nose in this book off and on all day and yet I'm still only exactly 33% through it. I'm not even sure I can say I'm reading this book. It's more like I'm studying it.
Chapter 6 in particular rang a bell. "Buy on the fringe and wait. Buy land near a growing city!" This reminds me of an approach I know and love which is self-titled "the borderlands strategy." Hello places like Frisco, TX / Dallas suburbs.
This book is a masterclass in professional, knowledgeable people offering an extremely high-quality product at a great price. There are even enticing offers at the end of each chapter, which is something marketers (and real estate individuals) can really take note of. (Lead gen.)
So many good things to say. Probably the most concise way of doing so is by saying it really is a real estate bible, yet is still easy to read. No complex terms or challenging math. No walls of text. (Examples that do include math are straightforward and easy to follow.)
Great buy that has been extremely enjoyable and thought provoking. Can see myself referring back to this constantly for years and years.

Solid breakdown of real estate investing for beginners
Format: Kindle
Aye, this book actually surprised me. It’s super beginner-friendly and doesn’t just throw a bunch of complicated real estate jargon at you. I think in Chapter 5, they covered creative financing options, which I found pretty dope. There’s a part where they explain “subject-to financing” basically, how you can take over a mortgage without making a new one, which could mean little to no down payment. Didn’t even know that was a thing.
The book also lays out step-by-step strategies for getting started, from choosing a strategy to closing deals. Some parts felt a little surface-level, and I kinda wish they went deeper into financing for people with bad credit, but overall, it’s solid.
If you’re new to real estate and want a simple, no-BS breakdown, this one’s worth checking out.
