Had for just over 9 years now and still pretty solid

I ordered this chair back in December 2015 for our front office, and it's been moved to our back shop where we fabricate. We're not a gentle work space by any stretch of the imagination; we build stuff and it's messy, lots of tools etc. This chair has held up surprisingly well! The faux leather is delaminating almost entirely on the seat but honestly, I'd expect that for faux leather on something that is used daily. The seat pad, in my opinion, has gotten de-poofed. So it's not plush anymore but still usable. I've asked the guy that's using it if they want an upgrade/update and they said they like it and don't want to change it out just yet. That's saying something! The size is nice and wide. We've had a range of differently sized folks sit in the chair over the years and the seat was always comfortable (less now without so much seat poof), I was able to sit cross-legged and the whole chair felt sturdy then as it does now. All of the standards functions you'd want an office chair to do, it can still do: it goes up and down smoothly, it rolls just fine, it's still pivot-reclines comfortably and doesn't feel like it's going to topple. I like it!

First, my chair arrived faster than I expected! It was delivered in a well packed box and everything was plainly marked! It assembled very easily as per the instructions. The only thing I would recommend is to have another person available to assist with the installation of the back rest onto the chair. It gets kind of cumbersome for one person, although I did it myself… another tip start all screws before tightening, especially with the arms and the back rest cushion! It only took me about 25–30 minutes to do the whole thing by myself.. The materials are of good quality, very sturdy and I really like the dual casters as they glide on the floor really nice!
