The original Argo design is a tweak on the iconic "COB" circuit which allows players the freedom to balance out the Octave Fuzz sounds with a boosted Clean signal. When you set the Fuzz control and Blend control to minimum the Argo circuit functions as a very useful and musical sounding Booster.

When Mick Taylor from That Pedal Show approached me about having that be a switchable feature I was excited to be able to derive more from a circuit that so many players know and love. And so, the Argo Boost Deluxe was born.

At it's core the Argo Boost Deluxe is the same topology as the Argo but the additional Footswitch and Red Boost Knob allow to use the boost portion of the circuit by itself. Instead of pairing a new booster inside this new pedal, think of it as changing lanes inside the pedal.

This allows you to have a pair of gain stages that are perfect in front of a drive pedal or drive amp. The boost lets you increase the overall push, and with the push of the FUZZ footswitch you can unleash the full Argo Octave Fuzz sound.

Inside the Argo Boost Deluxe there is a HIGHS switch that allows for some more tonal possibilities. In the initial planning for this pedal, Mick has expressed interest in making the boost portion a little brighter overall. Instead of making it a permanent sonic change, we decided to allow players the choice.

The pedal ships stock with the HIGHS switch off. The small switch, when engaged, will add a fine amount of high end sparkle to your signal when using the Boost mode. This bright circuit is not part of the Octave Fuzz sound.

Great way to connect my Ethernet to my MacBook Pro....
Size: USB C to Ethernet Adapter
Needed to direct connect to my Modem / Router, but my MacBook Pro, being more modern, and slimmer, doesn't have an Ethernet port anymore (thank goodness). This worked perfectly; just plugged it in and ripped...definitely Plug-n-Play for my Mac. Quality is good (what else do you expect from Anker).

Easy to use Plug and Play
Size: USB C to Ethernet Adapter
The item works great. I was having issues with video conference calls even with strong wifi in my house. I bought this adapter due to my HP laptop not having an Ethernet port. This worked great right out of the box. It was detected automatically and as soon as I plugged the Ethernet cable into the adapter, my laptop immediately switched over to that and my internet became more stable.

It's functional but not as fast as I expected.
Size: USB C to Ethernet Adapter
For Android phone Samsung Flagship Galaxy Series phones... at best getting 136 Mbps, which is 0.136 Gbps. But it is working and allowing me to transfer files within my network. No where near a Gigabit transfer. I will likely keep it because I have another use case for it (a faulty Ethernet on a laptop) and don't get me started with the abyssal wifi speeds on laptops. This deserves at best 4 stars.

Overkill In A Good Way
Size: 1.5FT, Size: 1.5FT
Bought this UGREEN Cat 8 Ethernet cable to connect my router to my modem, and it works perfectly. Build quality is excellent — thick braided but bendable cable, solid connectors, and it clicks in snug. Definitely feels more durable than the cheap cables you usually get. Speeds are stable with no drops or lag, and setup was plug-and-play. The 1.5 ft length is perfect for short runs and keeps everything looking neat instead of having extra cable everywhere. Is Cat 8 probably more than most people need? Yeah, as it is more than enough for home internet speeds of 1 to 2 gigs. But for its value, it’s nice to know it’s future-proof for many homeowners and the speeds currently offered by today’s ISPs. Would absolutely buy again.
