The EK USA Guardian (10935) is a sealed, water and impact resistant hard-shell badge holder with a detachable breakaway lanyard. The rigid clamshell enclosure fully encloses both cards, latches shut at the bottom, and floats, making it an excellent FME (Foreign Material Exclusion) solution for industrial, nuclear, and high-security environments where dropped or lost credentials are a hazard. The Guardian holds two standard CR80 cards, one on each side. The included soft end lanyard keeps the badge facing forward. A detachable buckle lets you remove the holder from the lanyard without taking it off your neck. A separate breakaway connector at the back of the neck snaps apart under force and pushes back together.
