SPECS

The drawer and drawer carcass are made using precise, CNC cut 16mm black PVC board which uses a compressed and extruded PVC production method. Our drawer sets ARE NOT MADE OF PLYWOOD and unlike plywood, our product isn't affected by moisture, doesn't splinter or split, is extremely durable but lightweight and of course very good-looking and subtle in black.  Base model fit outs do not use runner hardware as the make-up of the material used allows a smooth action for opening and closing of the drawers.  Of course, Heavy Duty 227kg rated runner hardware can of be added to the drawers at the specified additional cost. This option also includes our handy "one hand" handle which lock outs when closed as well as mid and at full extension.

The 'Topper' will easily handle some rough n' tumble. It's made from 12mm Trans-Tex 220 European Birch heavy transport grade plywood. This is extremely hard-wearing, water-resistant and easy to clean down plywood with fully sealed edges.

The SLED and mounting brackets are laser cut, CNC folded 3mm aluminium, which is then powder-coated in a long-lasting and scratch-resistant textured black powder coating system. 

Drawer dividers are also included which you can fit off wherever you wish and all mounting hardware is supplied.

INSTALLATION 

Installation our Auckland and New Plymouth workshop comes at a flat rate of $500 (additional 12v wiring and/or customisation will be charged out at our workshop Labour rate of $120ph) If you're not an Auckland or New Plymouth local but are happy to come to us for installation, at checkout, simply choose "Local Pick-up" as your preferred shipping method.

Installation at any of our retailer partners will incur an additional charge for shipping and installation.

This setup must be installed by us at our New Plymouth or Auckland workshop or by one of our retail partners.

 A 50% deposit will be required and need to be paid to ensure your spot within our production and installation queue.

This ball has been a boredom buster lifesaver. On the first day my 15 week golden retriever puppy played with it for a good 2 hours straight. I was nervous he would immediately get bored with it but nope, he searches for it every day. Engaging and Fun, But Lacks Durability for Strong-Gripped Dogs

The internal mechanism of this toy works very well, and the ball’s movement immediately caught the attention of my Boxer pup. He was absolutely fascinated and spent hours each day playing with it. However, while the toy’s design is engaging, the durability of the exterior leaves much to be desired—especially for dogs who tend to pick things up with a firm grip. We didn’t know what to expect since our pup hadn’t previously played with an interactive ball, so we supervised playtime and made sure to store the ball in a safe spot when we couldn’t keep an eye on him. Despite this, the ball didn’t hold up. Our pup wasn’t intentionally chewing it. He simply carried the ball in his mouth when we moved downstairs or to another room, yet the grip while he carried the ball caused significant damage to the exterior. Within about a week of regular use (approximately 40 hours in total), the ball’s outer layer became deeply gouged by his teeth. To clarify, my pup wasn’t biting down hard or trying to destroy it, but his natural grip while carrying the ball left deep grooves in the surface. In just days, these gouges made the exterior sharp to the touch and compromised the structure. By the end of the week, we couldn’t screw the cover back together after removing it to recharge the ball, which made it unusable. And I was dismayed that there aren’t replacements readily available. Overall, my pup absolutely loved this toy — it was engaging and kept him entertained for hours. However, if your dog has a strong grip or frequently carries toys in their mouth, this may not hold up as well as expected. It’s a great concept but needs a more durable outer layer and replacement hard covers to make it a long-term investment.
