The KickAss 205Ah Lithium Battery Box Power Station with 40A DCDC Charger is the largest, lightest battery box available on the market. Purpose-built for 4WDs, caravans, RVs and touring setups, it combines high-capacity lithium storage, dual-source charging, fast USB power and simple monitoring into one rugged, ready-to-install unit.
All-in-One Power System
Instead of juggling separate chargers, panels, displays and distribution gear, this all-in-one Battery Box Power Station integrates battery storage, alternator charging, solar MPPT and output distribution into a single housing. Two supporting Bluetooth apps give you real-time visibility of both your DCDC charger and battery performance, helping you streamline your build and reduce clutter inside your vehicle or canopy.
Fast, Efficient Dual-Source Charging
A built-in 40A DCDC charger with MPPT ensures your battery is always maintained at peak health, whether you’re on the move or parked up at camp. The alternator input uses a triple-Anderson connection for secure, high-current delivery, while a dedicated Anderson solar input allows you to plug in unregulated solar panels without extra regulators or adapters. It’s a dependable charging system designed to maximise every amp.
Integrated LCD Battery Monitor
The onboard LCD display gives you instant access to the key information you need on the road. Voltage, charging and load currents, state of charge, estimated run time, and active charging source indicators are all displayed clearly so you can check system status without reaching for your phone.
Bluetooth Smart Control
With integrated Bluetooth connectivity, you can monitor and configure charging behaviour directly from your mobile device. Check battery health and performance, review charging status, receive system alerts and fine-tune your DCDC settings through the KickAss app. It’s a simple way to stay on top of your system.
Premium 205Ah LiFePO4 Battery Power
Inside the unit are A-grade 205Ah prismatic LiFePO4 cells selected for long-term reliability and deep-cycle durability. 4000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, consistent power delivery and a lighter overall system weight make it ideal for long touring, multi-day camp setups and stable energy storage.
High-Draw Appliance Ready
With a 200A maximum discharge capability, this Battery Box Power Station is built to handle serious loads. Run fridges, compressors, air fryers, coffee machines, power tools or high-draw inverters with confidence. It delivers smooth, reliable output even under demanding conditions.
Compatible with 12V and 24V Alternators
The charger is compatible with both 12V and 24V alternators, making it suitable for a wide range of utes, wagons, trucks and touring setups. Whether you’re upgrading an existing build or moving gear between vehicles, charging remains simple and consistent.
Hybrid-Friendly Charging
If your vehicle has a low-output alternator or hybrid system, you can dial back the input current to suit its limits. This prevents overloading sensitive vehicles while still delivering dependable charging performance.
Fast USB Power for Devices
The unit includes dual USB-A QC3.0 and dual USB-C 45W PD ports, giving you high-speed charging for phones, tablets, drones, cameras, laptops and other USB-C gear. It’s ideal for both work and recreation when you’re away from mains power.
Six Pre-Wired Anderson Ports
With six 50A Anderson input/output ports, the system is ready for immediate use with solar panels, alternator inputs, fridges, lights, compressors or other accessories. No rewiring or complex setup required.
Simple Installation and Flexible Mounting
Integrated tie-down slots and optional battery trays make it easy to secure the Battery Box Power Station wherever it suits your setup. The entire system is designed for genuine plug-and-play functionality, minimising install time and maximising usability.
Built for Harsh Australian Conditions
A durable outer shell, reinforced carry handles and rugged internal components ensure the Battery Box Power Station is ready for corrugations, dust, vibration and the demands of real off-road travel.
