Durch den extra tiefen und weiten Einstieg, ist es tatsächlich nur ein "leichter Schritt", um auf dem komfortorientierten Rad Platz zu nehmen.

Die spezielle Rahmenform bietet neben dem tiefen Einstieg zusätzlich ein überaus sicheres und gutmütiges Fahrverhalten. Damit das Rad auch genauso sicher wieder zum Stehen kommt, beinhaltet die Serien-Ausstattung des Citybikes insgesamt zwei Bremsen. Eine Felgenbremsen für das Vorderad sowie die zusätzliche Rücktrittbremse sorgen für die nötige Verzögerung.

Ein wartungsfreier Nabendynamo, der bereits bei geringsten Geschwindigkeiten zuverlässig den LED-Scheinwerfer mit Strom versorgt, sowie die ebenfalls wartungsfreie Starrgabel sorgen für ein attraktives Sorglos-Paket zu einem erschwinglichen Preis. Zusätzliche Sicherheit bietet das Rücklicht mit Standlichtfunktion.

Das "Easy Step" von EXCELSIOR ist ausschließlich in der Laufradgröße 26" und den Farben Blau sowie Rot erhältlich. Die bewährten 3- und 7-Gang-Nabenschaltungen "Nexus" von SHIMANO sind beide jeweils mit Rücktritt ausgestattet.
