• Because we ship live aquatic plants, availability and condition can change quickly. Every order undergoes a careful quality inspection before it leaves our facility to ensure you receive healthy, vibrant plants. If any item does not meet our standards at the time of shipment, we will not send it. Instead, you’ll be promptly notified and fully refunded for that item.
• Quarantine: Live plants need to be quarantined before introducing to any new system such as an aquarium, pond or water feature. Unwanted pests and hitchhikers such as snails, larvae, eggs, can be common and to be expected, i.e. unless the plant is lab grown in-vitro (tissue culture). For most submersible plants, an additional step of a 1:20 ratio bleach-to-water plant-dip (leaves only, never dip roots) is recommended; direct message us if you need more detailed instructions for this step, or to check if your plant requires this added step. If you want to be sure your plant is 100% sterilized against unwanted pests or algae, please perform a quarantine and/or bleach dip; always wash and rinse plants before introducing them to any new environment.

They can be slightly smaller or larger than advertised (in the listing description under 'Size Range'), but not by much.
