La planta tiene un alto porcentaje de partes amarillas en las hojas y también en el tallo. Necesita mucha luz, las partes amarillas de las hojas no pueden estar en contacto con el agua, no las nebulices. Las partes amarillas de las hojas son muy sensibles y pueden ponerse marrones con facilidad.
Algunas hojas podrían estar parcialmente cortadas, porque estaban de color marrón (lo que es normal en las partes extra abigarradas).
