Deiffenbachia je velký flashback do dětství. Máte to tak taky? Taky ji vaše babička měla? 

Dieffenbachia umí růst velice rychle a nejraději roste kolem světlého okna a klidně i na přímém slunci. Je dobré ji pravidelně zalívat. Zvládne i občasné přeschnutí, celý stonek i pevné listy mají velkou zásobu, tak to není lehací kvítko. Hnojte ji od března do konce září pravidelně jednou za dva týdny. Je jedovatá a kapající tekutina z listů obsahuje šťavelan vápenatý. Zní to dramaticky, ale zas tak hrozné to není. Jen ji nedávejte do dětského pokojíčku.

Průměr květináče je 21 cm, výška rostliny je cca 70 cm, pro jasnější představu se koukněte na fotku, kde Štěpán funguje jako měřítko
