1. We ship plants Monday-Thursday to minimize the chance or trauma caused by lack of environmental controls during carrier transport. If you place an order Friday-Sunday, your order will be shipped out on Monday morning.

We cannot guarantee the condition of the plants upon arrival due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme temperatures, shipping delays, or mishandling by the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds: If your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to assess the situation. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
