Native to:
As a selected cultivar, it doesn’t have a true wild origin, but it is part of the Anthurium genus, whose wild relatives are native to tropical Central and South America.

Water:
Water when the top ~3 cm of the substrate begins to dry. Avoid letting the plant sit in water, and ensure excess drains away. Keep the soil lightly moist but not waterlogged. In winter or during slower growth, reduce watering slightly.

Light:
Provide bright, indirect light. East- or north-facing windows (or a bright spot with filtered light) are ideal. Avoid direct sun, especially during the hotter parts of the day, as it can scorch the delicate silver leaf tissue. In low light, the silver appearance may fade or become more muted.

Humidity:
High humidity is very important for maintaining leaf health and appearance. Aim for at least 60 %, ideally closer to 70 % or higher. In drier indoor conditions, use a humidifier, place the plant on a pebble tray, or group plants together to raise ambient moisture. Because of its humidity needs, it can do well in a terrarium or partially enclosed environment like a cabinet so long as airflow is adequate.

Temperature:
Keep the plant in a warm stable environment between 18 °C and 27 °C. Avoid exposing it to temperatures below ~15 °C. Protect it from cold drafts or sudden temperature fluctuations, which can stress the foliage and affect variegation.
