Anthurium sp. 'Amazon Monster Veins' Wild Ecotype | (Actual Plant You'll Receive!)
The leaf of this Anthurium sp. 'Amazon Monster Veins', native to the Peruvian Amazon, displays a striking cordate shape with an elongated apex that gently curves to one side and a broadly lobed base. Currently medium-sized in its juvenile stage, it shows strong potential for further growth. The texture is leathery and semi-rigid, with a velvety surface that exhibits subtle pubescence under direct light. The upper side of the leaf features a deep green tone dramatically contrasted by bold, silvery-white palmate venation that gives the plant its signature look. The underside is a pale, glaucous green with clearly visible veins, typical of species adapted to humid, shaded understories. Its margins are entire with a slight undulation, and the midrib is prominently raised. While the petiole is not fully visible, it appears cylindrical and upright, likely with a retractable cataphyll at the base—further evidence of its wild origin.
This is a true unicorn for collectors and rare foliage enthusiasts—a one-of-a-kind specimen that stands out even among the most exclusive Anthuriums. With its dramatic contrast, exotic origin, and exceptional form, ‘Amazon Monster Veins’ is a must-have centerpiece for any serious collection. Don’t miss the opportunity to own this wild beauty straight from the heart of the Peruvian jungle. Add it to your collection today and experience the magic of the Amazon in your own space.
