It is known by the common names Money tree plant, money plant, Malabar chestnut, Guiana chestnut, French peanut, saba nut, monguba, pumpo, provision tree, wild kapok tree, pachira and is commercially sold under the names money tree شجرة المال and money plant. When grown in a nursery, the supple young, green trunks are slowly braided by cultivators before they harden and turn woody. Money tree plants often have their slender trunks braided together and are a low maintenance option for artificially lit areas. Money tree plant care is easy and based upon just a few specific conditions.

Pachira aquatica is a sought-after tree that adapts extremely well to being grown indoors. Under fengshui, a properly placed Pachira aquatica in the home or office will create positive energy/chi, bringing prosperity and good luck. As a result, the Money Tree is a fashionable gift for birthdays, weddings and house warmings.

CARE

Light: Find a bright spot for your money tree, out of direct sunlight, which can scorch its leaves. It thrives under fluorescent light, making this small tree an ideal office plant.

Water: Water thoroughly, until water comes out the drainage holes in the bottom of the pot, then allow the soil top 2-4cm dry out between watering. Avoid getting water on the trunk, which causes stem rot. average once a month water.

Humidity: Moderate to high. Try to keep the relative humidity at 50% or higher.

Temperature: Average room temperatures 60-75°F/16-24°C;

Soil: Use a peat moss-based potting mix with perlite or sand added for good drainage.

Fertilizer: Feed every 4-6 weeks in spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertilizer.

This is a fabulous LIGHTWEIGHT blanket exactly as advertised!
This blanket is exactly as described, it is LIGHTWEIGHT meaning it is thinner and cooler than some of the other Berkshire lines of thicker heavier blankets. I have purchased at least 20 Berkshire blankets/throws for myself and for gifts because they are the absolute best quality at a seriously reasonable price. They are so soft and comfy and they will survive years of regular use and washing. This one is a gorgeous deep purple and is the perfect weight for our recent 85+ degree days in March with nights that still need more than a sheet but less than a comforter. It measures true to size after a thorough wash/dry cycle and I have had zero shedding issues so I’m not sure what other buyers are doing but please wash your blankets before using them. The photos show this gorgeous purple in a twin size next to a twin “Ombré Burgundy classic heavyweight” (omg go check that one out) and you can see the purple one is just about half the thickness of the other one which is exactly what I wanted for the hotter summer months coming up. If you want a thicker blanket, Berkshire makes a lot of them, just look for the ones marked “HEAVYWEIGHT” instead of going through the hassle of returning a blanket that is clearly advertised as a “lightweight soft fuzzy plush blanket or throw” and then getting mad because you got a lightweight soft fuzzy plush blanket or throw 🤣
