All of our plants are grown in the beautiful Temecula Valley in sunny Southern California, and we ship within the United States. Shipping is done Monday thru Friday. Really good stirrer / frother. I got some powder supplements that need to get stirred in a measuring cup every morning, this works great. It is waterproof. There are 3 buttons, for stirring speed, the low one works pretty good. There are 2 other attachments, which are easy to pull off and switch. It came partially charged, so I could use it right out of the box. Very good product.
