This watering spike is an automatic watering system designed to fit most disposable plastic drinks bottles from 250ml to 2 litres. When attached to a bottle, it provides a simple way to water plants in pots, baskets or growbags. The spike allows steady watering over time, helping keep soil moist without daily attention.
Automatic Watering Spike For Pots And Hanging Baskets
The bottle-top watering spike features an adjustable dripper that controls water flow directly into the soil. It can be fitted to a range of bottles, creating a straightforward watering method for plants in containers, tubs or hanging baskets. Once set up, it releases water slowly to keep compost evenly moist.
How The Watering Spike Works
Attach the spike to a clean plastic bottle filled with water and place it vertically into the compost. The adjustable dripper controls the rate of flow, giving plants consistent moisture levels. It can be used with bottles of different sizes depending on how long you want the watering to last.
