The Angel Wing Begonia, is a beautiful cane begonia that gets its name from its angel wing-shaped leaves. It is a fast grower with rich green leaves with silvery dots and red petioles. It is a gorgeous plant that will liven up any space!

Begonias can be more difficult to grow indoors since they need added humidity to grow healthy foliage, but they are worth the effort because they are so stunning. Cane begonia are easier to care for than tuberous or rex begonia, and the Angel Wing Begonia is one of the easiest, so this is a great one to start with in your collection.

Care Tips:

• Water about once a week when the soil is mostly dry. If the leaves look limp, it's definitely ready for a drink! Generally, the larger the pot size, the less often it needs water.
• Humidity - strongly prefers added humidity between 60-80%. The edges and tips of the leaves will dry out and turn dry in lower humidity environments.
• Light - they prefer bright indirect light but can be happy in medium light settings as well. Too much direct sunlight will burn and dry out the leaves.
• Repot once you notice roots growing out the bottom of the nursery pot and/or it dries out more quickly between watering. When you choose a new pot for it, only go up 1-2" in pot size at a time to encourage healthy foliage growth.
