              Material

              Glass-Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) is a lightweight proprietary mix offering maximum durability and freeze/thaw resistance with a smooth finish. Perma Spec Finish is a hand-applied, multi-layered, concrete stain and wax sealer, sun-cured for supreme beauty and performance. Manufactured and hand finished in the USA.

              Care and Maintenance

              Always position GFRC planters on a solid, level foundation and not directly on grass, soil, or an uneven surface. Place a layer of coarse gravel in the bottom of the container to facilitate drainage and ensure drainage holes are free from blockages.

              In the winter, planters should be raised up off the ground. This allows it to drain and prevents the planter from freezing to the ground. Empty containers should be brought inside a garage or shed. Alternatively, turn the planter upside down to prevent it from filling with snow and ice. It should then be covered or wrapped with burlap or any absorbent material (old blanket/towel) and wrapped with dark plastic to prevent it from accumulating moisture.

              Warranty

              All GFRC landscaping pieces are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the original date of purchase.

              Shipping: We offer Free standard shipping on all our products. Usually ships on a pallet to any address in the Continental USA. The carrier will place your items curbside on your property but cannot assist with final placement. A Lift-gate charge may be applied for residential deliveries.

              Manufacturing Lead Time: This is a Made-To-Order item, manufactured in the color specified on your order. The Manufacturing Lead time is approx 8 weeks.

              Disclaimer:               This product is considered a Custom Order as it is custom made upon order. The Patina/ Stain chosen is hand applied to the product along with finishing touches after it is manufactured in accordance with your order. In 2020, New Year new start. Did a lot of research looking for a clean and effective Vitamin D3 with K2 supplement. There’s a ton on Amazon and can be quite overwhelming. After many hours of researching and reading through reviews, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s Vitamin D3 supplement. You just need to take 2 a day. The pills are small and easy to swallow. Finished my first bottle and didn’t get any bad reactions so I purchased the 3 bottle set because it was a lot cheaper. I was not diligently taking it everyday. I would miss some days. But to my surprise when I went to get my lab work done in June, doctor said I was not deficient in Vitamin D anymore. Since I had great results with this, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s multivitamins for woman. I’m on my first box. So far so good. It has Vitamin D3 in it as well. Since I am not deficient in Vitamin D anymore, the multivitamins will provide the sufficient amount of vitamins I need daily.

              Group therapy is, in my opinion, a criminally neglected and underrated tool in the toolset of psychotherapy and medicine. Group reveals our attachment style and communication patterns with a clarity, efficiency, and force that no other form of psychological intervention can match -- every person on the planet should spend some time in a group dealing with his or her mental and/or emotional issues. The world would be a better place. Irv Yalom probably knows more about group than any other person, and this guidebook is essential to anybody wanting to understand the form. Yalom explains group thoroughly, in an understandable but frequently profound manner. The main drawback is that the book may even be overly comprehensive, and its length is likely to intimidate non-professionals, which is a shame because the benefits of group need wider dissemination.

              Yalom's Group Therapy "Bible" continues to be the gold standard in group work.
              I have used Yalom's Group Therapy book since my doctoral training in the early 90's. His work is timeless and it is clear he is an individual who understands the heart and the soul of our work. I created and facilitate a 18 - 20 week Relationship Academy which is part didactic and part experiential. It is amazing to see the group dynamics play out as expected based on Yalom's work. I will often read from this text in the morning, so that my mind is prepared for the day. It often changes my perspective and opens my eyes to considering different interpretations of behavior and it encourages me to silence myself and allow the "process" to work.               Needs to be updated
              Format: Hardcover
              Excellent book, but now that it is 2019, it needs to be updated to reflect the current health care system. This book details average inpatient hospitalization stays as 10-90 days. The current average length of stay at an inpatient hospital is 3-15 days. So a lot of the information about how to run groups was not as applicable now - in the book, it assumed patients would be together in groups for weeks, but the reality is that sometimes patients are only together for a day or two.
