Soil: Organically rich porous soil composition. Growth Pattern: Robust climbing perennial, evergreen vine. Heart shaped leaves in shades of olives greens when mature of 16" in length. The petioles and juvenile leaves are pinky-reds to reddish-greens, hence the name 'blushing'. Mature Size: Able to grow thick, sturdy vines 20' to 30'. Grows very robust aerial roots to support its climbing habit. Attributes: The flowers, or spathes, are up to 6", very fragrant and are deep cranberry red. The young leaves are hyper glossy and turn matte with maturity. Pot: 3.5" or 4" |
