Eurycoma longifolia is a small slender shrub but can rise to a towering 33 feet tall if allowed to, with stems and leaves spiraling away from the tree’s branchlike trunk.
Purportedly, all parts of the plant may be used a a supplement, but the bark and roots are harvested most frequently. The plant has a bitter herbal flavor, which is an acquired taste for people who use it regularly.
