What is a Surfactant and an Adjuvant?

An adjuvant is an additive that increases herbicide, insecticide or fungicide activity. A surfactant is a type of adjuvant that enhances wetting and spreading of the product. Combined together, both a surfactant and an adjuvant keep the pesticide on the leaves and help it to penetrate the leaf surfaces for better results. When you use a pesticide without Cide-Kick II Surfactant Adjuvant or a similar adjuvant, you may see a significant reduction in the product's activity.

How Does Cide-Kick II Surfactant Adjuvant Work?

Cide-Kick II Surfactant Adjuvant nonionic spray adjuvant contains 100 percent D-limonene, isomers and select emulsifiers for improving herbicide uptake and penetrating the leaves and bark of herbaceous and woody plants. When it's mixed in the tank and sprayed with a compatible herbicide, Cide-Kick II keeps the product on the target area, reduces runoff and increases the effectiveness of the active ingredients.

Where to Use Cide-Kick II Surfactant Adjuvant

Use Cide-Kick II Surfactant Adjuvant with compatible pesticides according to the label. When it's used as recommended, you can apply it on weeds, brush and vines along roadsides and utility rights of way. It also helps an herbicide to eradicate weeds on forestry sites and aquatic surfaces with low- and high-volume ground applications. You can also combine Cide-Kick II with an herbicide and apply it as an aerial application.

Cide-Kick II Features and Benefits

  • Improves wetting, sticking and penetration of pesticides
  • Byproduct of the forest industry
  • Breaks down surface tension and improves activity on foliage, stems and bark

Tips for Using Cide-Kick II

  • Refer to the label for compatibility before adding Cide-Kick II to an herbicide.
  • Add this adjuvant right before finishing off the tank with water.
  • Apply the spray uniformly to improve the coverage and the effectiveness of the chosen product.

Cide-Kick II Surfactant Adjuvant Increases Herbicide Activity

Even if an herbicide works well on its own, you can get as much as 50 percent more effectiveness with Cide-Kick II Surfactant Adjuvant nonionic adjuvant. It increases the product's activity on both terrestrial and aquatic weeds and penetrates tough bark on unwanted brush and vines. You can use it with most any compatible pesticide for greater weed management on residential, commercial and forestry sites. When you need to boost your herbicide, add Cide-Kick II to your tank.

Perfect holiday gift for the Simpsons fan in your life!
Format: Paperback
This slim little volume features everything you'd ever want to know about one of your favorite Simpsons characters, Homer. The book opens with a timeline reviewing all the significant milestones in Homer's life, from his childhood antics with friend Barney to many of the family trials which have been chronicled on the show. The various "Homer's Haunts" sections describe in detail some of Homer's most-visited sites, including the nuclear power plant and (of course) Mo's. Also featured are significant people in Homer's life, from his workplace friends and enemies to the people who have almost ruined his marriage (eg, Jacques, Mindy). You'll also get a review of his many, many jobs as well as countless food-related references (including "Things That Sound Like Food but Aren't"). Finally, the book begins and ends with Homer's Top 40 and his Bottom 40, respectively. A great stocking stuffer for any die-hard Simpsons fan!
