| Monstera Adansonia is a rock star among houseplants, beloved on social media and in real life for its large, heart-shaped, hole-y leaves. Like Monstera deliciosa, Monstera Adansonia is commonly referred to as Swiss cheese plant because of the holes (perforations or fenestrations) in its leaves. Also called Swiss cheese vine, the smaller, more compact Monstera Adansonia develops leaf perforations sooner than Monstera deliciosa. The holes can represent up to 50 percent or so of a leaf. One theory for why these tropical forest dwellers "go hole-y" is that the openings enable light to more easily reach lower leaves. With its vining growth habit, Monstera Adansonia a wonderful hanging basket plant, adding living dimension to your home decor from above. Or from a plant shelf or stand. The plant can be trained to climb as well and is capable to spreading to as much as 8 feet in length. Provide plenty of bright, indirect light. Water so that soil is consistently, evenly moist but not soggy. Water again when the top inch or two of soil feels dry or nearly dry. You can feed the plant monthly during spring through fall with an all-purpose liquid houseplant food diluted by half. Monsteras like temps in the 65 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit range and humidity above 50 percent. You can increase humidity by using a humidifier or placing the monstera near other tropical foliage plants or in your kitchen or bathroom. Best PM book out there!
Format: Hardcover
This is the best project management book I have found. Clear, concise, provides visuals, online material, he gives you a variety of examples, goes as far as to tell you how to utilize the PM skills to better your personal life, AND when I sent him an email, he called me and we chatted. All you have to do is implement what he provides into your life. Very grateful to have found this book and it’s author.

Not Strategic or Practical

This book would be helpful to office managers who are overseeing small self-managed projects. There is heavy emphasis on people management and almost none on any practical project management techniques.
It gave me flashbacks of a couple of project managers I've worked with who were completely useless and left the team to pick up their slack; the kind that talk endlessly without saying anything meaningful and struggle with the basics, like scheduling a meeting. I'm giving it 2 stars because it takes quite a bit of time and effort to publish a book.

Useful and very well done - Bravo!
Format: Paperback
I am a YouTube follower of the authors book, and I purchased her book to take advantage of her real life experiences of flipping over 30 + houses. Because I had already purchased my first house I focused on Part 2 to help me organize my renovation, and revaluate my approach. The book is well written, reading flows, the notes, graphics that call out important details are well place, the models to follow are super useful and the resources are endless. There is an online digital resource that is extremely helpful too. There is so much in this book. I will come back and update as I get through it, but I can say this is an excellent purchase already well worth the money spent. I watch her YouTube channel, and review the online resources regularly, and carry this book with me as I am doing the work as I work, so taking all my spare time to study and review.
Part 2 is where I am focus now since I am starting my renovation. I am doing a "cosmetic" renovation, and her advice about where to focus my budget has helped me decide where to start, what to buy (study comps online - I personally like Redfin, but Zillow too) and I already have a realtor I am working with, and was recommended a contractor by my agent. So - off to the races. It is a downturn market so I am taking my first flip slow, but in a few months I will update my review.
I highly recommend buying the book, it is like an idiots guide to house flipping, but better....you have her YouTube channel, and the online resources too! Enjoy!!

All the information you need to start your first project
Format: Paperback
In the past few years, I have read a couple of books about flipping houses and purchased some paid programs online. This book has so much valuable information that it's by far the most useful one, even compared to the paid 'training program.' When I read it, I can truly feel Elisa's genuineness in sharing her knowledge and experience. I actually finished my first flip before reading this book, now looking back I wish I had read it to avoid some of the mistakes I made. Thank you Elisa for publishing this book.
