Boost Blooms and Shine with Liquid Jasmine Fertilizer for Healthy, Fragrant Plants

Liquid Jasmine Fertilizer Promotes Lush Leaves, Strong Roots & Continuous Flowering

Support stronger growth, greener leaves, and more fragrant blooms with our 9-3-6 Liquid Jasmine Fertilizer. This balanced mix of nutrients is specially formulated for all jasmine plant varieties—indoor or outdoor, vining or bushy—for vibrant color and continuous flowering.

The jasmine family of plants contains vining and bushy varieties, some of them offering a beautiful fragrance that will give your home a lovely scent. Vines can be grown outdoors on arbors and trellises, but many people like to keep the bushy kind in their home to bring the delicate little flowers indoors. Our liquid jasmine fertilizer is suitable for all varieties and will help keep the leaves shiny and the blooms blossoming.

Our liquid jasmine fertilizer has a 9-3-6 NPK ratio and many nutrients your plants need, including calcium, sulfur, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc, and manganese. This fertilizer mix will encourage strong roots, shiny green leaves, and abundant flowers.

If you follow our jasmine fertilizer recommendations and give it to your plant every time you water, you’ll see beautiful results in no time! It’s an effortless way to ensure your plants get the nutrients they need.

How to Fertilize Jasmine Plants

Mix one teaspoon of liquid jasmine fertilizer into one gallon of water. You can store extra fertilizer for up to six months, so you don’t have to use it immediately if you don’t need it. Since jasmine is drought-tolerant, it’s important not to give it too much water.

When it’s time to water your jasmine, water with the prepared fertilizer instead of regular water. Pour as much fertilizer as you would when you usually water it to make sure your jasmine is well-watered. We recommend pouring enough that it saturates the top six inches of soil. It will allow all the roots to have access to water and the plant to stay happy and hydrated until the next time you need to water.

How Often to Fertilize Jasmine Plants

You’ll know when to fertilize jasmine when the top two inches of the soil are dry. Jasmine can withstand some drought, so it doesn’t need to be watered as often as other houseplants. You can stick your finger two inches into the soil to see if it’s dry. If it doesn’t feel moist, then it’s time to water your jasmine with the fertilizer.

If you keep jasmine as an indoor plant, you will likely need to water it more often than a jasmine plant that’s kept outside since containers tend to dry out faster. Sunlight also plays a factor in how often you need to water. Jasmine that receives a lot of sunlight will need more water than one that receives more shade.

Even though jasmine is drought tolerant, it can still be severely damaged by underwatering. Don’t let any more than the top two inches of soil get dry, or you’ll be at risk of stressing your plant.

Struggling College Students...This is a Great Help!!
    Format: Paperback
Picking up the book How to Become a Straight-A Student by Cal Newport I hoped to improve my study skills and eliminate my procrastination. Cal Newport is a professor at Georgetown University and is the author of five self-improvement books. He is the founder of Study Hacks, which is one of the Web’s most popular student advice blog. Newport uses his own knowledge of being a successful college student and conducted interviews receiving advice from top-scoring undergraduates from some of the “most rigorous colleges and universities – including Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Dartmouth, Brown, Columbia, Duke…” (3). Newport uses humor and an easy to understand conversational style of writing to keep the reader engaged. The book is set up in three parts. Part 1 is titled Study Basics and has 3 steps that it touches on. Part 2 is titled Quizzes and Exams and consists of 6 steps. Part 3 is titled Essays and Papers and has 8 steps. At the end of each part there are “Cheat Sheets” that summarize each part in a bullet style fashion. Two of the three steps spoken about in the book include “The Plan in Action” section. These sections use situational examples to give the reader a more visual explanation of the information the author describes. One of the most influential topics Newport touched on –I thought— was part one of his book – “Study Basics” (11). He splits this topic up into three steps. My favorite step was step one – “Manage Your Time in Five Minutes a Day” (19). The main idea of this section is to have a record of all your to-dos and deadlines on your calendar. Another thing I liked about the book was that Cal uses real life examples of successful college students to prove his point. He also uses direct quotes from top-rated students at major universities that said things like “Time management is critical – it’s a skill that you absolutely must develop over the course of your time at college” (19). Looking at the perspective from a student that already manages their time and occasionally gets that one low grade that they cannot for the life of the get up and is looking for helpful tips to fine tune that B to an A— this book is probably not for you. Although I do see the down side to this book to an audience that is already studious and knows how to manage their time, but overall, Newport has a lot of advice to give to student who are in the early stages of learning how to be a good student. A person might give a bad rating because it did not help them. People like me who chose to read this book because they were never really taught how to study, manage their time, or how write a college paper or know tricks in taking exams and tests – this book will help you; for that I am giving this book a 5/5 star.

This book was a game changer for me…
    Format: Paperback
I’ve attempted college twice. On my first attempt I ended up with a 1.8 GPA which resulted in academic probation and a fair amount of tears. I took an almost ten year long hiatus thinking college wasn’t for me before trying again. Except this second time I knew I had to do something different, and that’s when I picked up this book. On my second attempt I ended up with a 3.9 GPA upon graduation and also felt I didn’t have to work myself to the bone to get those grades. I found the chapters on note taking and time management to be particularly useful. While it’s true that my success also had to do with some maturity I had gained over ten years, this book gave me the tools and a system that helped me immensely. It not only helped me academically, but taught me how to “work smarter, not harder.” In short, get the book. You won’t regret spending the money on it.

    A Test of a Young Girl's Faith
Barakah Beats is the debut novel of author Maleeha Siddiqui. It is the story of Nimra, a 12-year-old Pakistani Muslim who is transitioning from a private Islamic school to an American public school. It deals with many traditional problems children starting middle school face—self-esteem, fitting in, and making friends. What adds an extra layer of tension to this novel is the religious aspect. Nimra memorized the Qur'an at her private school and wants to maintain her Muslim identity while also fitting into her new school. Nimra has previously had a friendship with Jenna, an American girl she thought was her close friend. Jenna seems to treat Nimra differently at school, and Nimra decides she wants to find a way to earn back Jenna's friendship. Some eighth-grade Muslim boys at her school have a music group called Barakah Beats. They befriend Nimra after they discover she is a talented singer. Nimra becomes a celebrity around campus, and Jenna suddenly wants to be friends with her again. One of the interesting dilemmas Nimra faces is that she's not sure her family will approve of her interest in music. While Nimra likes the boys and the attention she gets from Jenna and her friends, her real passion is drawing and becoming an artist. Nimra is not forthcoming and honest with the boy and her parents, and her guilt becomes too much to manage. I enjoyed the read and empathized with Nimra's difficult situation wanting to fit in. Siddiqui's book raises interesting questions about how challenging it can be for children with other ethnic, cultural, and religious differences to find their place in American society while maintaining their identity.
