About Echeveria Desert Camels (Rare)

Echeveria Desert Camels is a succulent from Echeveria genus in the Crassulaceae family. Echeveria Desert Camels plant forms a rosette shape with spoon-shaped, broad, flat leaves and distinct leaf tips. From the shape of the leaves, it closely resembles Echeveria 'Lola,' both having broad but flat, spoon-shaped leaves. When it has not thrived, the leaves appear yellow-green. In its active state, they exhibit a slight pinkish hue, which is remarkably beautiful.

How to care for Echeveria Desert Camels

Sun/Temperature: Echeveria Desert Camels love sunlight, so regular care should involve allowing the succulents to bask in plenty of sun. Ample sunlight is beneficial for these succulents to accumulate nutrients, develop vibrant colors, and maintain a healthy state. However, when sunlight becomes too intense in summer, it is essential to provide shade to protect the succulent leaves from sunburn. In the winter, ensure the temperature remains above 41°F for safe overwintering.

Watering/Soil: From its name, 'Echeveria Desert Camels', it is evident that this plant dislikes excessive moisture and is highly drought-tolerant. It can easily rot when overwatered and is not suited for rainy conditions. It can withstand sun exposure and should be provided with shelter during the rainy season. Water it only when the leaves slightly wrinkle, ensuring thorough watering after the soil has completely dried. Using well-draining soil with at least 70% or higher proportion of granular material is crucial to allow excess water to drain quickly and prevent root rot.

Propagation: Choosing healthy and mature leaves to propagate Echeveria Desert Camels is a good way. You may delicately detach the leaves from the parent plant. Ensure the leaves' wounds to callus for a day or two before planting them in well-draining soil. Then put the leaves on the surface of the soil. It is essential to place them in a cool and well-ventilated area to wait for them to sprout and root. Once they sprout and develop roots, you can transfer them into individual pots for each leaf.

Perfect ball for dogs!
Size: Medium, Style: Medium (4 Pack), Size: Medium, Style: Medium (4 Pack)
Love these balls for my dog. They have a nice weight to them so you can throw them far. The material is very bouncy, so they do sometimes bounce over my fence, but they are very tough and not easily destroyed / very chew resistant. My dog is ~65lbs, it’s a perfect size for her, and she loves these and regular tennis balls the most. She is still able to squeeze it in her mouth, so it still has some softness / some give for her to enjoy.

Playing fetch for hours
Size: Medium, Style: Medium (4 Pack)
Tennis balls with the hairs pick up so much dirt and then that goes right into my dog's mouth. These are cleaner, my dog loves them, and they are easy to find when my pup decides he's done and drops it in the lawn or the snow. They hold up well after playing hours of fetch with my border collie.
