Ingredients: Organic Blue Lotus Flowers
Steeping Instructions:
Use 1 whole Blue Lotus flower per 8–10 oz cup. Pour freshly boiled water (190–200°F) over the flower and cover while steeping for 5–7 minutes to preserve its aromatic oils. Each flower may be re-steeped 2–3 times. Sip slowly in a quiet space—preferably before rest, journaling, or meditation—for best effect.
