(Most plants are 2"-3" rooted in either coco coir/perlite or sphagnum moss.)
No Refunds Policy – Live Plants
Please note that all plant sales are final. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of live plants, we do not offer refunds. We are happy to exchange if plant is defective upon delivery with pictures within 72 hours. Buyer pays shipping.
We strive to do our very best to ensure your plants arrive healthy and happy!
Please note:
• Live Plants: Some stress during shipping (yellowing, leaf damage, or soil displacement) is normal and recoverable with proper care.
• Packaging & Transit: We pack carefully, but cannot be responsible for postal handling, delays, or exposure to extreme weather.
• Carrier Responsibility: Once shipped, we are not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please file claims with the carrier.
Plants will be shipped out on Tuesday mornings. Please expect 7-14 business days to ship out orders.
We will only ship plants ALL year however please note that ordering during harsh winters is NOT ideal and may result in a refund or delay in shipping. We want your plant alive not frozen!
We can add Heat Packs for an additional cost.
We have insulation available as well.
