Orion 950 Features
Dual Depth Measurements
Measure moisture at 0.25" or 0.75" depths to accommodate a variety of wood thicknesses.
Built-In Temperature and Humidity Sensor
Monitor ambient conditions, ensuring optimal settings for woodworking projects.
Auto-EMC Calculations
The Orion 950 automatically calculates equilibrium moisture content (EMC), letting you know when your wood is ready for installation or fabrication and eliminating guesswork.
Dew Point and GPP/GPK Calculations
Instantly calculate the environment’s dew point and grains per pound/kilogram to understand specific humidity levels.
On-Demand Calibration
Calibrate on the go with the On-Demand Calibrator. Maintain your meter's precision without the hassle of returning it for recalibration.
Fast, Non-Damaging Pinless Sensor
Say goodbye to filling pinholes left by traditional pin meters. The Orion 950 provides non-invasive readings, measuring inside the wood, not just on the surface.
Relative Measurement Mode
Measure moisture in non-wood building materials such as drywall, plywood, OSB and MDF.
Smart App Integration
Store, organize, and send readings directly to the free FloorSmart™ or Woodshop MC apps via Bluetooth®. Manage projects effortlessly on your smart device.
Auto Data Collection Mode
Take and store multiple readings automatically without seeing the screen, saving time and increasing efficiency. This feature is especially useful when paired with Wagner Meter's Meter Reach Extender for hard-to-reach spaces.
Data Collection and Storage
Choose between manual or automatic data collection modes to suit your workflow. View detailed moisture stats directly on the meter for easy tracking and analysis.
