The Dragon Lemon Surprise plant is a perfect house plant that has bright yellow leaves in a compacted form with green variegation. Very low maintenance and adds the perfect touch of greenery for any space.

The Dracaena genus is one of the most prominent among houseplants, with dozens of species and cultivars. Most are easily recognizable by their crown of tightly packed, strappy leaves, which reveal a woody stem when the lowest ones fall away over time. Light tolerance and water needs can vary greatly depending on species, but generally they enjoy very high indirect to low indirect light, and prefer to dry out almost completely before receiving a moderate watering. They like to stay relatively tight in their pots, and can shift and tip over if they’re in too much soil. Generally considered to be moderately slow growing, they can still reach the top of almost any ceiling if given enough time.

Most nights, I place 1-2 under my tongue, allowing them to dissolve, and fall asleep quickly. Even when I wake up in the middle of the night, I get right back to sleep easily. I usually combine this melatonin with Source Naturals L-Tryptophan too (1-2 at bedtime) with a glass of water, followed by the melatonin under my tongue. GREAT combination for those who have a hard time sleeping at night, or who have a temporary problem that is keeping them awake. Not necessary to use every night, only as needed. The L-Tryptophan can also be taken midday if you are stressed; however, NEVER use either of these products, or this combination of products, if you take prescription antidepressants or sleeping pills. I started using them 20 years ago instead of prescriptions because of the side-effects of drugs....OH, this sublingual melatonin has great flavor too (dissolve this melatonin under the tongue so it delivers directly to the bloodstream) .
