Korean Jeok Gat Mustard Green Seeds – Bold, Peppery Heirloom Vegetable Garden Seeds
Brassica juncea
Listing is for 1 packet of minimum 25 seeds

Jeok Gat, also known as Red-Leaf Mustard, is a striking Korean mustard green with deep purple-red leaves and a bold, peppery flavor. Popular in Korean and Asian cuisine, it adds a delicious spice to kimchi, stir-fries, salads, soups, and pickled dishes. This fast-growing and cold-hardy green thrives in cooler temperatures, making it perfect for spring and fall planting. For the best growth, plant in well-drained, fertile soil with full to partial sun, and harvest young leaves for a milder taste or let them mature for a stronger kick. With its vibrant color, rich flavor, and easy growth, Jeok Gat is a unique addition to any home garden!

Entertaining, informative, without being overwhelming.
Format: Hardcover, Format: Hardcover
Got it for, basically, half-off standard retail. At that price, it's a fine addition to the WWII library. Some interesting information displayed in a mostly entertaining way. I get that battle maps are always a challenge (maps are static - battles are dynamic). This does a fairly adequate job - better than most battle maps - though far from groundbreaking. item arrived well packed - no issues with binding (as some others seem to report). Though the book overall is a bit "warped" and several of the maps are mis-printed or mis-cut as to make them unusable. 3 bad out of 300 - not horrible - again at the price I paid. If the subject interest you - I'd suggest getting - but not a "must have".

For the history buff or student - this is worth the purchase
Format: Hardcover
Detailed, individual maps and history on the battles of World War II. It isn’t too overwhelming for the student and is an enjoyable read for the history buff. Hardback so it will ensure lots of reading and reviews, durable pages too (not those thin, flimsy, easily tearable pages!) - this book will likely stand the test of our schooling years and beyond.
