The high content of conjugated linolenic acid (>60% punicic acid) can be considered as the basis for its outstanding properties which makes this oil an especially interesting new active ingredient in personal care.
Pomegranate seed oil is packed full of antioxidants and contains Vitamin C, folic acid, and minerals such as calcium, potassium, and iron. As a result, Punica Granatum seed oil promotes the regeneration of cells in the two most important layers of healthy skin, the epidermis and dermis.
