Nematanthus ‘Goldfish Plant’ is a trailing tropical houseplant prized for its glossy, deep green leaves and whimsical, goldfish-shaped flowers in bright orange to red tones. The blooms appear to “float” along the cascading stems, giving the plant its common name and making it a favorite for hanging baskets or shelves. When happy, it can flower repeatedly throughout the year, adding both texture and color to indoor spaces.
Plant Care
- Light: Bright, indirect light; some gentle morning sun can encourage blooming.
- Water: Water when the top inch of soil dries out; do not let the plant sit in soggy soil.
- Additionally: Prefers higher humidity and well-draining soil; regular pinching encourages a fuller, bushier plant.
Pet Safety: Non-toxic to cats and dogs.
Price is per plant; each plant is unique and may vary in size, shape, and fullness from the photo.
