The cute Millie Cubby House is based off the Billie Cubby House by Hide and Seek Kids but smaller in size, which makes it a perfect cubby for smaller backyards with less space.

A picket fence, double-casement side opening windows and a spacious floor plan are just some of the features Aussie families love about the Millie Cubby House. It comes with a door with a built in window and a mail slot to post letters. The house can even be beautifully finished off with a handy carport (optional extra) added on the side.

The Millie Cubby House comes finished in a water base stain (natural yellow colour).

Painting:

Painting the cubby house is strongly advised for long-lasting durability, despite its water-based stain, which only provides minimal protection. Failure to follow the painting instructions may impact the product warranty.

Assembly

• Tools for assembly: Cordless Drill with Phillips Head Bit
• Assembly time is approx. 1-2 hours (1-2 adults)
• Must be assembled on a solid levelled surface, as well as be able to drain water away quickly
• Comes in pre-fabricated panels, reducing assembly time
• The window and doors are pre attached to the walls
• Panels and attachments are pre-drilled
• During assembly ensure all small, sharp objects are kept out of reach of children at all times
• It is the customer's responsibility to do regular safety inspections and the maintenance of the cubby house
• To ensure you get years of use, it is essential that you paint the cubby house to reduce the weather elements taking its toll
• Adult supervision is required at all times
