Origins
Aglaonema commutatum is native to the Philippines and Sulawesi (Indonesia), where it grows in shaded, humid rainforest understorey conditions on deep, organic soils. 'Tom's Pride' is a cultivated selection prized for its especially bold cream marbling and compact, well-behaved habit.
