Opuntia sulphurea is a distinctive prickly pear native to Argentina and Bolivia, prized for its blue-green to gray-green pads and dramatic long, white, toothpick-like spines. Unlike many heavily armored Opuntias, this species typically displays fewer spines, allowing the striking length and bright white color of each spine to stand out against the cool-toned pads.

Over time, it forms spreading clumps that make an impressive addition to desert gardens, rockeries, and cactus collections. In spring and early summer, mature plants produce bright yellow flowers that provide a beautiful contrast to its sculptural form.

I love this brand
I just started doing sublimation cups and would buy them at hobby lobby, but the market is saturated and they’re always out. So, I just bought a 4 pack from this company to try. They turned out great, I just don’t like metal straws, so I buy plastic ones separately. Then I went up to the 8 pack and again, wasn’t disappointed. They don’t sweat, the ice stays solid and the water stays cold overnight. I see sub cups and haven’t had anyone complain yet. They also sub really well. This is now my go-to company for sub cups.
