One of the trendiest plants , the 'Philodendron 'Pink Princess' has vibrant contrast of pink and dark green on the leaves, making this variegated plant an attractive ornamental to grow in homes or any indoor gardens. . It’s a relatively slow grower but makes a stunning houseplant in any bright room.

Origin: Equador

Family: Aracea

Height: 3'- 6'

Light: Medium to bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sun to prevent scorching.

Water: Water when top 2-3" of soil is dry until water drains from bottom of pot. Do not leave sitting in drainage. 

Humidity: Normal humidity. Mist the leaves several times a week with a spray bottle for a healthier plant

Temperature: Being tropical plant, it prefer hot climate.

Soil: Requires a well-draining soil mix rich in organic matter that allows water retention but helps prevent root rot. A peat-based soil mix with additional perlite and/or orchid bark is ideal.

Fertilizer: Regularly apply a well-balanced fertilizer every 1-2 weeks during spring/summer months.

Pests: Overwatering leading to root rot and underwatering are the most common issues for maintaining a healthy Philodendron. Phil. attracts Aphids and Mealy Bugs.

Eliminates: formaldehyde, benzene, trichloroethylene, xylene, ammonia, and more

Landscape Uses: Indoor climber with ornamental foliage. Perfect for moss sticks, shady patches in the garden

Caution: Parts of plant are poisonous if ingested. Philodendrons are especially poisonous to dogs and cats.

I looked a long time for a quality looking set for a budget price. I'm thankful that this is an option for the price range. Especially if you are on a budget, this is a good option. I know for the budget, you won't get the top-tier quality. However, when I got it, I wasn't too impressed by the quality. Though I'm thankful for the price, I felt this looked a little too cheap. The block was also far too flimsy. I was worried about removing and replacing the knives because the block "frayed" quite a bit. There were "crumbs" of block over the top that fell off the knife after you pulled it out. So I was very worried about touching the knife at all because I was worried about scratching or damaging the knives themselves. The knives themselves, though, I wasn't too worried about. They were the exact style I was looking for minus the color. I was looked for a more black or black-wash stainless steel like the ones I have now. I returned it the next day so I didn't try it out or take pictures. In the future, though, I'm now more willing to pay more for better quality.
