Dischidia Nummularia 'Dragon Jade' – A Rare & Stunning Trailing Plant! 🌿🐉
The Dischidia Nummularia 'Dragon Jade' is a rare and highly sought-after variety of Dischidia, featuring thick, round, succulent-like leaves that resemble tiny jade coins. This trailing epiphyte thrives in warm, humid environments and makes a beautiful hanging plant or mounted display. Its compact, trailing vines create a lush, cascading effect, making it a perfect addition to any indoor plant collection.
🌿 Care Instructions:
- Light: Prefers bright, indirect light but can tolerate some filtered sunlight. Avoid prolonged direct sun exposure.
- Water: Water when the soil or moss is almost dry. As an epiphytic plant, it enjoys light but consistent moisture—avoid overwatering.
- Humidity: Thrives in moderate to high humidity (50%+). Mist occasionally or place near a humidifier for optimal growth.
- Soil: Use a well-draining mix, such as an orchid or succulent blend, or mount it on wood with sphagnum moss.
- Temperature: Prefers warm temperatures between 65-85°F (18-29°C). Protect from cold drafts.
- Growth: A trailing grower that looks stunning in hanging baskets, terrariums, or mounted on cork/wood.
