The base of each leaf stalk--approximately the bottom 5 inches--is where the flavor hides in this citrusy herb. Remove the leafy top and woody bottom, strip the tough outer layers, and you'll discover the delicious white inner stalk. Chop or mince and add it to Asian-inspired curries, stir fries, and marinades. Use the discarded lemongrass bits to infuse tea, broth, or soup with citrus flavor. This book is amazing!

This book, gave me so much of what I needed. It’s a smooth read, and gives you information, and the tools to BE! This book breaks down how life’s residue affects you in so many ways, how to clean it up, and clear it out. I was surprised at the range of situations it offers tools for. I’m better for reading this book and wasn’t much of a reader but was moved to read this book. Glad I did… one of the best decisions I’ve made.It satisfied the thirst I had to reconnect!
