This dwarf type marigold produces small dainty leaves and petite blossoms with rust-colored leaves and a bright orange puff-ball in the center. It is a great marigold variety carrying to add to potted living arrangements as it has a bit of a spreading effect and will cascade over the edge of a pot beautifully while also deterring certain pests. Orange Flame may have lace-like leaves and small petals, but she carries a strong punch with the marigold scent needed to dissuade pest pressure. It's a wonderful little marigold that will continue to be added to our planters and borders.
Start seed indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost date and transplant after the last spring frost.
