Echeveria 'Raindrops' Highlights:

  • Echeveria 'Raindrops' forms an open rosette of large leaves that range in color from pinkish purple to blueish green depending on the conditions under which they are grown. Each leaf has a raindrop shaped bump at the end, giving this rare succulent it's very fitting name. Direct sunlight, cold temperatures, and extended drought cause this Echeveria's vibrant colors to shine through.
  • Easily propagated from leaf and stem cuttings.
  • Hardy to Zone 9b (25°-30° F). Echeveria will not survive a hard frost. However, succulents can easily be grown indoors under grow lights or in a sunny window if there is a risk of temperatures dropping below 30° F. If there is only a risk of freezing temperatures for a few days, most succulents do just fine outside if they are covered by frost cloth or a sheet until temperatures increase (I'm talking to you, Zone 9 friends).

Echeveria Care: As with all succulents, it is best to follow a "soak and dry" schedule where you water your plants deeply (until water runs out the bottom drain holes), and then allow your soil to dry completely before watering again. Succulents should always be planted in well-draining cactus and succulent soil and in a pot or container that has drain holes. Be sure to provide your Echeveria with plenty of bright sunlight to maintain its vibrant colors and compact form.

Does its Job!
In about a year of use I can say that it is a very functionable hub. All of the ports work but now recently I have had some issues in connectivity. Now the USBs, HDMI, are all fine but recently the ethernet is inconsistent as well as the pass through USB-C to charge the laptop. Those 2 ports for me are starting to not always connect but simply unplugging and replugging is a temporary fix and sometimes I just go to the original charger to charge the laptop or plug ethernet directly to the laptop. If the ports or the hub all fail then that will change the review down the line but everything else works.

Great hub. Highly recommend.
I have owned this hub for almost a year and I has been super solid. The best part is the thunderbolt cable that connects it to your computer is removable and replaceable. It has a nice long cable, but if it is too short just buy a longer Thunderbolt cable. Via a single Thunderbolt connection I have my Surface Pro 11 connected to duel 32" monitors, ethernet, power, external storage, and a keyboard/mouse dongle. I would highly recommend. Anker is my go to for this kind of product.

Monitor and Power stopped working.
Worked for a couple months then the monitor would go out. Consistently after laptop went to sleep. Would have to unplug the hub and then plug in again to to get working. Then the power thru stopped working. Very disappointing.

Anker never disappoints
I've been using this for the past 3 days, and I have to say it's way better than my previous 10-port USB-C hub, which had stopped working. I like the design of this new hub, where the HDMI, PD, and Ethernet ports are all in the same area and located at the back. In comparison, my previous hub had its ports scattered all over the place. This hub only gets lightly warm, whereas my previous one used to get super hot, which I think might have contributed to its failure. I appreciate the fact that it has a power light to indicate when it's on. It's also more compact, which I like. I've had no issues with my other Anker devices, and so far I'm really liking this hub.
