Philodendron Verrucosum 'Compactum' - a compact cultivar, as the name suggests. The leaf stalks are shorter and thicker, the leaves are smaller and much denser, showing prominent veining, and the color is much more intense and striking.
Philodendron Verrucosum is a rare, spectacular plant with heart-shaped, velvet-like leaves in shades of deep green.
Care instructions for philodendron:
Placement: Philodendron prefers a bright spot, sheltered from direct sunlight. However, it will also tolerate a shadier area. The foliage will become greener if placed in a more shaded spot.
Watering: The soil should be neither too wet nor too dry. Water regularly, allowing the soil to partially dry out between waterings. Make sure the pot has good drainage.
Soil: Philodendron prefers nutrient-rich soil that retains moisture well.
Note: Some specimens may have leaves with defects/scars.
