Care & tips Philodendron Scandens - 170cm
The Philodendron is easy to look after. This special houseplant likes to be watered now and then. Because of its tropical origins, it does like a slightly humid environment. Spraying the plant also removes dust from the plant, allowing it to breathe better, which in turn prevents pests and other diseases.
Water requirements Philodendron Scandens - 170cm
Water the Philodendron Scandens once every 4 to 5 days. We do recommend feeling the soil before watering. This houseplant likes a moist soil, but it absolutely cannot stay wet for too long. In the beginning, check how much water you give the Philodendron. If the soil still feels damp after 6 to 7 days, you can give the houseplant less water next time. If the soil is too wet, it may cause root rot.
Light requirements Philodendron Scandens - 170cm
Feel free to place the Philodendron Scandens in a spot with more shade. Ideal for a dark corner of your home. A spot in full sun does not make this houseplant very happy. Check what works best for your plant, because this houseplant needs enough daylight to stay healthy.
Is the Philodendron Scandens - 170cm poisonous?
The Philodendron Scandens is mildly toxic if ingested. So make sure that small children and pets cannot easily reach this houseplant.
How will my Philodendron Scandens be shipped?
This 'Love Tree' is delivered in a cultivation pot. All our houseplants are shipped in specially designed shipping boxes. This is how we make sure your green friends are delivered to your home in tip-top order
