Tapped from rubber trees the way maple syrup is tapped. The sap comes out of Hevea brasiliensis trees through a shallow cut in the bark that does not harm the tree, gets whipped to fold air in, then is poured slowly into a mold and steam-cured into a block of pure rubber. We shred that block into pieces and put them inside an organic cotton cover, so you can pull pieces out for a lower profile or add them back for more height.

Under your head it feels light and buoyant. The shredded pieces give a springy, responsive lift that supports without swallowing your head, and they bounce back as you move instead of holding one shape. Air moves through the open cells continuously, so the surface stays cool all night with no gels or treatments.

This is the cleanest-certified pillow we make. It is slow-pour Dunlop from 100% Hevea sap with no synthetic blend, made by hand in New Jersey. The finished latex carries OEKO-TEX Standard 100 at Class 1, the strictest tier in the program, tested to the same limits set for products made for babies and toddlers, where most bedding only needs Class 2. The rubber-tree source is FSC certified for responsible forestry, on plantations in Sri Lanka. The cotton cover is organic and the thread is undyed.

One note: a faint natural rubber scent in the first few days airs out completely. If you have a latex allergy, this is not the pillow for you; the cotton, kapok, or wool pillows are safe alternatives.

Want the full story on the certifications? Watch what slow-pour Dunlop latex is, and why it is safe, a short conversation with the complete transcript, the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1 explanation, and what FSC covers on the rubber-tree source.

Should be mandatory reading for police academies and be in every cops' patrol bag
This book should be mandatory reading for police academies and be in every cops' patrol bag for quick reference. I am a police officer (8+ years) and stay on top of search and seizure case law as much as possible. This book is easy to read and gets the essential information on everything that has to do with police search and seizure. The topics are easy to find, and all are no more than 1-2 pages. Every sections cites the appropriate case law and offers tips for articulating PC for that type of incident.

Very helpful for law enforcement
Got this book recently and I am very impressed and happy I purchased it. I will keep this review short and to the point. This book covers everything with various searches including, cars, homes, etc. Anyone that works in law enforcement should pick this up as it provides what you can and cannot do, along with example cases. Great guide for any rookie and even vets that need a refresher.

A must have for all officers!
This book is a must-have for ALL officers. I use it constantly as my go-to reference for tricky search issues. My sergeant also has a copy and she reads one of the sections (about 1-2 pages) a few times a week during roll call. I hope that the author comes out with another book just with search warrant template language.

Super informative and relieves some stress over questions that I have
Really informative and will help with a lot of questions that I have and questions that others need answered. Have been taking many blue to gold courses and I’m so intrigued to possibly make this a deep learning process for myself.
