CASABREWS customer service is outstanding.

I purchased the CASABREWS CM 5418 from Amazon a little over a year ago. For the price it is a very good, easy to use, compact, Expresso/Capaccino coffee maker. Although the unit worked to make satisfactory Expresso, the pressure gauge stopped working after a few months and the water extraction was not complete with each brew. Even though I was aware the unit was out-of-warranty, I decided to contact CASABREWS Customer Service Support via Email, to inquire about the issues and what possible remedies there might be. JoJo, from CASABREWS Service Team, replied quickly and although there were some “Flushing Procedures I could try”, JoJo immediately stated that a manager had authorized a replacement unit to be sent to me. Amazon delivered a new unit one day after our Email conversation was completed. I can only say that CASABREWS customer service is outstanding. Their “real” concerns about inconveniences I may have endured was refreshing. Kudo’s to CASABREW!

Rich Espresso, Great Value

I’ve been using this espresso machine for a little while now and honestly I’m very happy with it. I wanted something simple, affordable, and easy to use without spending hundreds of dollars on a fancy coffee maker, and this one does exactly what I need.
The espresso comes out rich with a nice crema and the milk frothier works really well for lattes and cappuccinos. It heats up fast and doesn’t take much effort in the morning, which I love.
One of my favorite things is how easy it is to clean and maintain. The removable water tank helps a lot and overall it doesn’t feel like a machine that requires constant work.
For the price, the quality is surprisingly good. It looks nice on the counter, feels sturdy, and makes coffee that tastes much better than I expected

Here its my review for this espresso machine. The stainless steel design looks modern and premium, and it fits perfectly in small spaces without taking up too much room.
The espresso comes out with a rich flavor, and the milk frother works great for making lattes and cappuccinos at home. I also like the pressure gauge because it helps monitor the extraction process.
Perfect option if you want café-style drinks without spending a fortune on a large machine.
Easy to use, easy to clean, and looks beautiful on the counter.
