Best started about two months before your last frost in pots. Place seed on surface of soil and lightly cover with sand or vermiculite. Once to a height of 2", and after your last freeze, transplant to your garden. You can direct seed these two weeks before your last frost. As above you want to lightly cover them a light dusting of peat in your garden bed.
These seeds are very tiny and it can be helpful to mix your seeds with some fine sand and distribute using a small shaker (like a clean spice container from your kitchen) to avoid clumping your seeds together. If using this method you don't need to top your seeds with additional sand or vermiculite. In the garden use this same method but very lightly dust with peat.
Please note that Veronica has a lower germination rate of around 50% and as with most perennials they make take up to one year before they will flower.

The screen came in pristine condition with a wrap over it, and not a single dead pixel, and holy crap man the BATTERY LIFE? 62 full-to-empty cycles is a golden goose in terms of cycle count for a 1 year old ipad. I cannot tell you enough how good my case was with this reseller.
