Like a lovely, lavender, lotus flower, luminescent Afterglow glows in all shades of pinks, purples, greys, and even peaches in ambient light, but look through the leaves with the sun behind them and see even more glowing and colors going on. Each cupped, soft, diamond shaped leaf has a bit of a pointy tip and is edged with a fine line of fuchsia. The whole plant is powdered with a fine, ghostly white finish softly muting the colors; try not to touch the leaves or it will leave a darker fingerprint that may not go away; not harmful but doesn't look so good. Lavender spikes rise up from between the leaves bearing flowers all along the stems that look like five lavender fingers with a poky, pointy, fuchsia/red bloom in the middle. This guy wants full sun in a window.

Quick Care Guide:

• Water - Low (1):  Needs very little water to survive. Wait until the plant is completely dry then fully soak. Drought tolerant by nature.
• High - (5):  Plant needs a lot of light; direct is even better. These plants do best when placed on a window sill or next to a bright window. Avoid concentrated, hot light from window which may cause burning (magnifying glass effect).                     
• Difficulty - Low (1):  These plants need barely any attention to thrive. Set it and forget it.
