Harvest baby greens when they're 6-8" tall by cutting at their base. Harvest seed heads when their color is brightest. Additional seed heads may form after harvesting the primary head.

Tips: Allow the seed heads to fully dry and then gently rub between your hands to release the grain. The seeds can be further cleaned with fine hardware mesh.
