About German Pothos Foetidus Mother Tincture Q
Also known as Dracontium Foetidum, Ictodes Foetida, Symplocarpus Foetidus
The remedy is used for asthmatic complaints worse by inhalation of dust and relieved by stool. It is indicated in the absence of mind with headache in small spots with throbbing in temporal arteries. There is red swelling across the nose. The sneezing is associated with pain in the throat. The tongue is numb. The abdomen is distended. The pains are spasmodic and erratic. The complaints are better by open air.
Face: The face above the nasal bone is swollen and red forming a saddle, painful to touch. There are red spots on the cheeks.
Mouth: Sensation of numbness of the tongue and cannot touch the teeth with it. The papillae are elevated on the tongue.
Respiratory: There is sudden anxiety with difficulty in breathing and sweating. The anxiety is relieved by stool. The chest is constricted with an inclination to draw a long breath and a sensation of emptiness in the chest. Asthma is worse by dust and better in the open air.
